Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a product is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser. For health and safety reasons, opened packages are not eligible for return or refund. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@kicksportsnutrition.net within 7 days of delivery.
